MEMPHIS DISTRICT GOLF CLASSIC
Please join us for the Memphis District Golf Classic, the official golf tournament of the Southern Heritage Classic. Formerly known as the Ed “Too Tall” Jones Golf Classic, this new and exciting tournament offers a day of upscale golfing at Tunica Resorts in Tunica, MS. This resort is the signature destination for exceptional golf and tennis and is home to an 18-hole course that features Champion Bermuda greens, gently rolling zoysia fairways, tee boxes with six markers, and generous landing areas that both pros and novice players can enjoy. Proceeds from this inaugural tournament will assist in developing youth golf education programs.

The tournament will be played in a scramble format with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list, you may leave it blank and submit your player names to Memphis District Golf Classic and our tournament coordinator will assign you to a team.

The Memphis Golf Classic is a non-profit organization dedicated to mentoring at-risk youth and their families through exposure to the wonderful game of golf. We feel it is our duty to help youth see beyond their circumstances and environment by introducing them to beneficial opportunities that exist to help them create a bright future. Golf is the game of champions and a great way to reduce stress and anxiety, increase mental alertness, have fun and make new friends!
We are inviting communities, businesses, churches, youth, adults and anyone else who wishes to join us during this worthwhile event. With your support, we can not only share the game of golf with youth but provide them with mentorship and counsel. We want them to know there is hope and help when facing life’s challenges. There are people who care and they are NOT alone.

Vendor Fair Agenda:
Arrival/Set Up: 7:00AM – 8:00AM (Vendors must be set up by this time/ no late setups will be allowed)
Vendor Fair: 8:00AM – 1:00PM (Vendors must stay until 1:00PM)
Golfers, volunteers and staff will walk through between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Vendor Fair Purchase Includes:
Your Vendor Fair registration fee covers a full-day entry for two staff members, including one 6-foot table, and 2 chairs.
All vendor fair participants are invited to attend the Awards Reception & Lunch Ceremony following the golf tournament. Vendor fair attendees may purchase raffle tickets – you do not need to be eligible to win.
Additional fee for attendees besides the two included in your registration are $50 each.
